How Do I Sign Up?
To sign up for an account:
1. Click on the Sign up button. You will be led to the registration page.
2. Type your name and email address (your email address is the username for your account).
3. Select your country, province and city.
4. Key in your Date of Birth and Phone Number.
5. Create and confirm a unique password.
6. Click Sign up.
7. Click the box to accept to the SixClouds Terms and Privacy Policy and Submit.
8. Look for the verification email in your inbox and click the link in that email. A confirmation message will appear in your web browser.
You can now login with your credentials.
For Parents with multiple children...
You are advised to sign up separate accounts with different email address for each child so that you can monitor each child's individual performance when using our program.

How Do I Use the SGEDU2020 Promo Code?
To enjoy this limited time promotion, you must make the purchase from our website. Currently our app DOES NOT support purchases with promo codes.
To apply the promo code:
1. Type in https://www.sixclouds.net/ignite on your address bar.
2. Login to your account.
3. Click on your name.
4. Select My Subscription.
5. Select SMILE (INT'L).
6. Check the box under the grade you wish to purchase. (Select ONE grade only)
7. Ensure the currency is on USD $.
8. Enter Promo Code SGEDU2020 and click Apply.
9. Ensure the price is reflective of the promo code.
10. Click Make Payment.
11. Enter your card details.
12. Click Make Payment.

How Long Will My Access Period Be?
Your access period will be 12 months for each programme that you paid the registration fee.
What Will Happen When My Access Ends?
After the expiry of your access period you will no longer have access to the learning content.
Should you wish to continue accessing the learning content, you will need to purchase another 12 months access at the retail price or promotional price, if any.
